Seminole Heights is the historic bungalow neighborhood north of downtown Tampa along the Hillsborough River — only 4 miles from our Tampa warehouse, between I-275 and the river. The neighborhood is split into Old Seminole Heights (south of Hillsborough Ave), Southeast Seminole Heights, Hampton Terrace, Riverside Heights, and the corridor blocks along Florida Ave, Nebraska Ave, and Central Ave. Known for its 1920s-1940s bungalow stock, walkable food scene along Florida Ave (Ella's, the Independent, Hair of the Dog, the dive bars), and a very party-active young-family demographic. Birthday parties at the bungalows dominate weekends.

Several Seminole Heights parents prefer setting up at adjacent parks: Rivercrest Park along the river handles small setups; Lowry Park at the zoo-adjacent campus is the larger pick.

Robles Park in Tampa Heights (just south) is another option. City of Tampa requires inflatable vendors to use a generator (no electrical outlets at park venues) — we provide the $85 generator add-on at checkout. COI provided same-day.
Seminole Heights families lean heavily on themed bouncers for kid birthdays — Princess, Spider-Man, the Unicorn Toddler Play Zone. Banner bounce houses (custom theme on standard unit) cover the specific character requests common in this neighborhood. For graduation parties at the larger historic Hampton Terrace properties, we deliver tables and chairs plus a combo bouncer plus concession machines.
