Block parties, HOA family fun days, neighborhood reunions, subdivision opening celebrations, multi-family birthday combos — community events are some of the most fun deliveries we do. They're typically big-footprint setups: multiple bouncers across age groups, an obstacle course, a water slide, concessions, and seating for parents.
Common HOA combo: combo bouncer (handles young kids and tweens) + dual-lane obstacle course (older kids and teens) + dunk tank for the HOA board volunteer + popcorn/cotton candy + 6-8 tables and 60 chairs. We've delivered this exact setup to dozens of Tampa Bay subdivisions — Westchase, FishHawk, Wiregrass, Bexley, Starkey Ranch, Connerton — and we know what fits the typical community park or cul-de-sac.
Some HOA subdivisions require an event permit and Certificate of Insurance from the rental vendor. We provide the COI as standard. For subdivisions with HOA management companies, we can email documentation directly to the management contact. Setup runs 60-90 minutes for a multi-unit community event.
