Frequently Asked Questions — Party Rentals Tampa Bay

How far in advance should I book?
At least 1-2 weeks is ideal, especially during peak season (April through October). That said, we often have same-week availability. Orders placed less than 2 days out require full payment at checkout.
What is your cancellation & refund policy?
Changed your mind? Cancel before 8 PM on the day you book and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. After 8 PM on your booking day, all sales are final. Deposits are non-refundable, but convert to a 1-year rain check credit you can use toward any future rental. Balances must be settled at least 2 days before your event.
Do you set up and take down the equipment?
Everything. Our crew delivers, sets up, anchors, runs safety checks, and comes back to tear it all down after your event. You don't lift a finger — just don't move the equipment once it's placed.
What surfaces can inflatables be set up on?
Grass is best. We can also set up on concrete or asphalt with proper anchoring. What we can't do: rocks, bricks, gravel, or uneven terrain. Gate openings need to be at least 3.5 feet wide.
Do I need electricity for inflatables?
Yes. Each blower motor needs one standard 115-volt, 20-amp outlet within 50 feet. No power on-site? You'll need a generator. Most home events work fine with household outlets.
What size generator do I need for inflatables?
We suggest 3,500 watts or better for one inflatable. For two inflatables, use 5,500 watts or better, or run each on a separate generator.
What about the damage waiver?
It's 15% of the rental total and covers accidental damage during your event. Not covered: willful damage, theft, or misuse.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk, Manatee, and Hernando counties — 90+ cities including Tampa, Brandon, Riverview, Wesley Chapel, Clearwater, Lutz, Land O' Lakes, and more. Use our delivery fee calculator to confirm your address.
Are you insured and approved for parks?
Yes. Fully insured and approved vendors for City of Tampa, Hillsborough County, and Pinellas County parks. We provide documentation for park permits and facility managers.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, and Afterpay. Full payment or deposit required at checkout depending on how far in advance you book.
How much does a bounce house rental cost?
Prices vary by unit — bounce houses start around $150-$250, water slides $250-$400, and combo units $300-$500. Delivery and setup are included in most areas. Check our catalog for exact pricing.
