Honest answer: it depends on who's sliding. The 25-footers are built for ages 8 through adult — the climb is real and the drop is the point. For mixed-age parties where younger kids will be in line too, a dual-lane wet/dry combo around 14–16 ft of platform height keeps everyone happy without anyone freezing at the top. The 25 ft slides need roughly 40×20 ft of clear, mostly flat space plus straight-line access to the setup spot — our crew rolls the deflated unit in on a hand truck, so a standard gate works. You'll need a regular 110V outlet within 100 feet and a garden hose connection; the blower runs continuously and the slide sheets stay watered the whole rental. Grass is ideal (we stake), but we set up on concrete and pavers too using sandbag anchoring.
