These Terms of Service govern every rental booked with Grade A Rentals of Tampa — bounce houses, water slides, tables, chairs, concession machines, and every other party rental we deliver across Tampa Bay. By booking online or over the phone you accept these terms.
A deposit secures your reservation; the balance is due before delivery. Reschedule for weather-related cancellations is offered at no charge when notice is given before our crew has dispatched. Refund requests follow the rules outlined on the order confirmation and in our rental rules.
Grade A Rentals of Tampa carries $2 million in commercial liability insurance and provides Certificates of Insurance to schools, churches, county parks, and other venues that require them. Renter agrees to follow the safety rules posted on every inflatable, supervise minors at all times, and not exceed the rated capacity. Adult supervision is required for any inflatable rental.
