Bexley is the newer master-planned community on the western edge of Wesley Chapel, anchored along SR-54 between Land O' Lakes and Wesley Chapel proper. Most of the homes are recent builds — wide flat lots, fresh driveways, and HOA-controlled common areas around the Hub at Bexley clubhouse, the resort-style pools, and the trail system that loops the community. Within Bexley itself, The Falls at Bexley is the townhome and villa village — smaller footprints, attached homes, paseo-style streets. Townhome backyards in The Falls are tight (15×20 ft typical) — single bouncers and toddler units fit, combo bouncers usually don't. The Ridge at Bexley is the single-family detached estates village — bigger lots, traditional driveways, much more room. Most of our multi-unit Bexley setups (combo + water slide + tables) go to The Ridge. Bexley Estates and Bexley Square are the original phases with the largest acreage. Bexley Park as a residential phase (vs the public park) sits north of the Hub. If you tell us your village at booking we'll size the unit to match the lot.
