FishHawk Ranch is one of Hillsborough County's largest master-planned communities, anchored along Lithia Pinecrest Rd south of Brandon. For public-park parties, the FishHawk Sports Complex is the largest open setup nearby — open turf, multiple fields, easy truck access. Bloomingdale Park to the north is another regular stop. Both are Hillsborough County operated; we provide a COI on request.
Newsome High deserves its own line: it's the largest 6A high school in our delivery zone (about 2,800 students), and its homecoming, prom-prep, and senior-night events are some of the most-booked school deliveries we do every fall. The booster clubs typically book a dunk tank, a 30-ft obstacle course, and 2-3 concession machines for homecoming weekend. Lithia-Pinecrest backups during dismissal — 2:30 to 3:15 weekdays — are real; we time deliveries before or after that window.
